All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two convenient shipping methods to get your water fun gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95)
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Great for budget-conscious shoppers

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We want your family to be completely happy with your water adventure gear. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it right!

Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order if they meet these conditions:

  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase provided

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Goggles and Masks (including items from “Goggles and Masks” and “Goggles Snorkels and Fins” categories due to hygiene concerns)
  • Swimwear and Vests (from “Suits Vests and Accessories” category if tags are removed or hygiene seal broken)
  • Personalized or Novelty Items (custom-made products from our “Novelty” section)

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps for a smooth return process:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Product details
    • Reason for return
    • For exchanges: specify replacement item details
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
  3. Package Securely – Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  • Credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • May take 2-5 additional business days to appear on your statement

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange
  • Specify the replacement item details
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference if exchanging for a higher-priced item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed
